Long Term Care - Protecting Your Loved Ones

Is Your Family and Retirement Protected?

A lot of things get better with age – but health is not one of them. You may be healthy now and may be for many years, that is why now is the best time to talk about a care plan. If or when you need care, do you want it at home, in a nursing home or in an assisted living facility? 50% of caregivers felt they did not have a choice in their role, give your family a choice by making a care plan.

Today, 5.8 million adults 65+ have Alzheimer’s. By 2050, that number is expected to rise to 13.8 million.

Most people are shocked to find out the Medicare does not pay for most long-term care expenses.

Did you know 4 out of 10 adults ages 85+ need long-term care?

Did you know an astounding 70% of seniors have 2+ chronic health conditions?

My ultimate goal is to provide options to protect both your family and finance should you need care, which is why I invite you to attend my next webinar, Long Term Care - Protecting Your Loved Ones, on Thursday, December 9th at 7:00 pm EST.

I urge you to join me for this important webinar on how to protect your most important asset, your family.

Who Needs Long Term Care Planning?

The big question is - Who needs long term care planning? The simple answer - if you live a long life you most likely will need extended care, making long term care planning a most.

Future care needs are unpredictable and can be expensive. The annual projected cost of a private room in a Nursing Home by 2030 will be $143,111 and that for home care will be $71,768.
Without proper planning a spouse or child may be forced to step in causing that person to reorient his or her life. Simply put, if you need care over period of years your life is not going to end…someone else’s life is going to end.
Having a plan protect those you love because it accomplishes two objectives:
1. It allows you to remain in the community without risking the emotional and physical wellbeing of those who will provide your care.
2. It preserve your retirement plan so it can do what you intended namely to support you during retirement and insure the financial viability of your spouse and / or children.
